I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We all know that the world is currently being hit by the Coronavirus Pandemic (Covid-19) which affects our everyday life on a global scale. We as citizens as well as businesses are affected by the pandemic.
The YouPads Team, as well as probably the rest of the e-commerce world, are facing an issue resulting in our shipments taking longer than expected to arrive in your mailboxes due to the global increase of daily shipping traffic. Unfortunately, that means our usual shipping time has increased from 2-4 weeks, to about 4-6 weeks – However not all of our shipments are affected by it. The majority of them still arrive as expected in their usual timeframes.
If you’ve already been waiting for about 4+ weeks now, your order will probably arrive within the next two weeks.
Just to make it clear, those shipments aren’t lost, they’re just being delayed because of the processing capabilities of the shipping services.
